Haydon talks to Catherine Stanley, about the CT Responsible UK Equity Fund

In this video, Haydon talks in detail with Catherine Stanley, Managing Director and Head of the Global Small Cap Team at Columbia Threadneedle, about the CT Responsible UK Equity Fund. The CT Responsible UK Equity Fund started life in 1984 as the F&C Stewardship Fund, a fund created in response to right minded investors’ desire to avoid investing in UK businesses that were profiting from South Africa’s apartheid regime at the time. It is commonly known to be the forebearer of modern ethical / responsible investing.

We discuss how ethical / responsible investing has evolved over time and Catherine’s teams’ approach to investing in a first rate portfolio of ‘ESG’ filtered UK investments using a process which is backed up by Columbia Threadneedle’s independent Responsible Investment Team.
