In this video, Haydon talks in detail with Louisiana Salge, the Head of Sustainability at EQ Investors. We discuss Louisiana’s role as Head of Sustainability where she is responsible for innovating EQ’s approach to sustainable investing. Part of her role is to seek out under-represented areas which at present are divided into four themes 1) Biodiversity, 2) Climate Action, 3) Healthcare Access, and 4) Digital Inclusion. We run through these with a particular emphasis on biodiversity and digital inclusion, with Louisiana citing some great examples of some underlying investments they’ve made in relation to these two specific themes.
